how do yu start off playing volleyball

how do yu start off playing volleyball, like for yur first time ever? and what exercise are good to tone yur body to be in great shape for volleyball?

Just try out at your school, and if you dont make the top team they usually have intermural vollyball you can join. Any kind of exercises are good for volleyball, especially running and lifting weights. It’s good to have good upper body strength for vollyball.

Well a good exercise for volleyball would be lots of running, people think you don’t run a lot in volleyball but we do A LOT of it. Try out for your school then make your way to a club league :)

Agreed, running, you need to balance your upper and lower body weight though. Try some hand-eye coordination exercises, and I find that suicides help as well.

try out for school or club leage, and if you don’t make it, get a friend that can actually play help to teach you the basics.

It’ll take a lot of pracitse, cause its a lot harder then it seems.

im also trying out 4 volleyball. 2 practice try doin drills. practice with other players on the team. practice your serves and diving 4 tha ball. also talk 2 tha coach and see what they would expect of a player 2 know and work on what they say.
