I want to eat more healthy how can I become a vegaterian and still be full.

I take vitamins everyday and I got a cook book on being a vegetarian. I tried a couple of the recipes and they are not that bad. And I am still going to eat fish.

you cant really “become” a vegitarian, it is a choice, but you got to stick to it. try vegan cook books, because vegan food is sooo good!!! its way better then any of the vegetarian cook books. and you should make taboli, I don’t know if thats how you spell it. but its really really yummy, look it up and make it! and throw in a bit of salt and viniger and it tastes even better.!!!.

Eat legumes (things like navy beans, pinto beans, peas, etc). They are very filling.

there’s plenty of soy stuff out there - veggie burgers and such, that’ll make it easier to become a vegetarian. just find things that don’t have meat in em. .. . bean and cheese burritos, cheese pizza, etc. just make sure you get enough protein.
