Do you think becoming vegan again can be dangerous?

Okay so i used to be a vegan, it wasn’t for too long only about 2 months proprly or about 4 months on and on off but i felt so good that i was saving animals and stuff. I would love to become vegan again but im kinda scarred it will affect my health and i might end up losing too much weight or i might become anaemic. What do you guys think?

Answer #1

I think it would take a lot of planning and commitment to be vegan. You can’t just cut things out, you have to put things back in that you’re losing, which is a lot. I wouldn’t do it- I’m content with being a vegetarian, but if it’s something that makes you feel better, might be worth it to research it properly and go for it.

Answer #2

I was vegan for 5years not that easy if your use to eating whatever. First try being vegetarian and if you can handle it then slow move on to being a vegan.

Answer #3

i think if god didn’t want us to eat animals he wouldn’t have made them out of meat. look at your teeth the front are designed for eating flesh and the back are designed for eating fruits and vegetables. we as a creature designed to be omnivores meaning we eat both plants and animals. look around at vegetarians and vegans they aren’t a normal skin tone they are yellowish and often spindly. second to get all the things you need when you stop eating meat and dairy you have to either eat a rather large number of vitamins or process foods that use things other than dairy and meat meaning often chemicals to sustain life.

Answer #4

You’ve gone from having an opposing opinion to people, to just plain getting the facts wrong. Step up your game, man.

Answer #5

you dont need to be eating even less than you already are. now shut up and go get some macdonalds.

Answer #6

Im eating nromally now you silly moo! i had mcdonalds yesterday and just ate the most amazing cherry piie <33

Answer #7

hahah, i was a vegan for a week. i know it sounds bad but i did enjoy that week, i felt pampered because everyone was supportive of me. except like family because in hispanic culture its a slap in the face not to eat meats or dairy. i definetally suggest cutting out red meats first then instead of milk try soy but interchangably. but i’m sure you know, and if its dangerous i would say it could be, depending on how you go back into it. i’d slowly go back into it within a month or 2 so your body gets used to it.
