Is it dangerous that i look at anorexic girls and think they are beautiful?

Like whn i as about 10 i suffered bulimia and never even ate. I gained a lot of weight now 4 years on im average/chubby. I eat 200 calories a day which is made up of fruit and seeds. Im not anorexic and i dont have an eating disorder i am constantly doing home exercises like yoga. Do you think i have a problem?

Answer #1

200 calories a day is too little and u need some sugar so once in a while eat a donut or something. dont do a lot of exercises too much is bad but i wud go to the doctor so he cud help u out with some things i hope this was helpful:)

Answer #2

If you are being honest then hell yes you have a problem!!! I’m not sure that I believe you. But, if your telling the truth, please eat so you can grow up to be a healthy woman.

Answer #3

If you are only eating 200 calories a day, then your body is scavenging the additional needed calories. Women need about 1200 calories a day to support your normal body functions - breathing, heart pumping, digestive system working, etc. - and still be able to walk around. Bulimia - also known as binge-and-purge - can also manifest as compulsive exercising. Please, talk to a health professional who can help you understand how to get a more healthy outlook.

Good Luck!!

I don’t see why anyone lie about these types of things, idk what part you think im lying about. I rarely eat anything that isnt fruit or seeds and consume only water liquid wise. My body is very mature for my age, i have developed very prominent hips and quite a large chest.

Answer #5

Idk if i need to talk to someone however im aware i need to eat more

Answer #6

Its not healthy at all stefie. There are different types of eatin disorders. Sounds like you may have one. Your body is not gettin ebough nutrients. U coukd develop diabetes or worse problems. Its not a joke. I am concerned for you. Please eat stefie

Answer #7

stefie, many girls have died because of eating disorders. its not beautiful, its gross. and weak. when i see an anorexic person, i wanna throw up. i myself have the same problem with thinking i need to loose weight and stop eating, etc, but ive learned to realize that my goals for being the size i wanted were unrealistic and were not going to happen without serious consequences. yes its a problem, we all have problems, but we need to know when enough is enough. and enough is when youre destroying yourself. its nothing to be proud of, its nothing to be jealous of. you need to wake up and see that no one is perfect, and you are not an exception.
