You could post a job in the classifieds of the newspaper or craigslist. State all of your skills, talents, and maybe even hobbies. You would be surprised at how many people actually need help, but just cant find the right person. Maybe by you stating your likes and dislikes you might find the perfect job, or who knows. Even if you just get a part time job doing something that wouldn’t be on the top of your list could help. It also looks better on a resume or application if you are working somewhere than if you were not working at all.

Welcome to funadvice! The best way to get a job quickly is to go through temp agencies, local government agenices, and craiglist all at once. If you need money badly, try getting something that is temporary / contract for a few days while you’re looking for a steady job. Even after you get a full time job, it might be a good idea to continue doing a few odds & ends jobs to ensure that you build up a bit of a cushion.
