How can I help my friend get a job with a bad past?
I have a friend who is a convicted sex offender. He made a few mistakes and wants to get back on his feet and live a good life. He is having trouble finding a job because of his conviction. Is there any adivice out there for him to be able to get a job and have a life?

To find companies hiring felons in your area, go to http://www.governmentjobs.com and find your local employment office.
They should be able to put you on the right track to finding a job. I’ve also heard that United Way and the Salvation Army will employ those with felony records.
