ugh… okay so my boyfriend and I have been together for a year and 10 months on and off.. I think he talking to another girl on the DL what should I do?

I assume you really want to find out? Perhaps the best way is to get to know his friends. You can get more information than you ever wanted to know from them.
Also, if you haven’t already, you might try asking him. You don’t want to appear jealous, but it’s your right to demand honesty from the person you’re with. Ask him sternly and see what his reaction is.
