What to do if he seems upset with me and won't respond to texts?

okayy.. so im reallly confused

me and this guy zack are reallly reallly good friends, and I’ve liked him since I’ve met him.. and a couple weeks ago we were talking and he was being soo sweet and I said that he should come over to my house beacuse I was really scared because I hate scary movies and he said the only way he would come over is if I would let him kiss me…(I said yes of course!!) but he couldnt come over.. so the other day we were supposed to hang out but he couldnt.. but he ended up coming over the day after and we almost kissed but we got interrupted.. but now and ever since that friday a couple weeks ago we havent talked much.. and it feels like he’s upset.. with me.. what should I do? he wont respond the my texts much.. Thank you..
