Uncooked chikin..
Is it that uncooked chiken forsure gives tyou saminela poisoning thingy or is it just a chance that uncooked chikin will ?
Is its a chance of it what is the percentage rate?
The best way to prevent Salmonella infections is to ensure that the chicken is thoroughly cooked all the way through, and that you wash your hands and any kitchen utensils that come into contact with the uncooked chicken as soon as possible: salmonella.org
Take care !!
There’s a chance, and unfortunately there’s no real percentage - it’s kind of 50/50, you either get it or you don’t.
If you are generally healthy with no underlying conditions, then you may just experience symptoms like a stomach bug (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea), but you should know within hours of consuming it.
…and, not to be rude, but do you really want to eat raw chicken? Tastes a lot better cooked, and is certainly safer.
