Ibuprophen to help with the inflamation of your uterus and for relieving the pain of your period. Put heat on your lower stomach and if your back is hurting use heat there to. If you do not have a heating pad or heat pack. Take regular uncooked rice put it in something as simple as a sock knot the top and throw it in the microwave a few minutes. Beware it can be very hot!
