Chest builds up the fastest

hey guys I was wondering if yous can shed some light on this. okay im a bodybuilder as you know and well I found someting odd… for some reason my traps and my chest seem to grow the most out of my whole body , as in I mean the fastest but what I cant figure out is I dont useualy work my traps though. and they are very big. kinda makes me mad cause I think they are takeing up all my hormones. whats going on. and I work out the rest of my body just the same as my chest.

alright well, you may say you do not train your traps but really what I think you mean is you dont isolate them, because you can workout your traps by doing shoulder and back exercises aswell. and since those two muscle groups are developing a lot more (traps and chest) I suggest you go lighter with them and do more reps to trim all the fat off the muscles and make them toned, not keep on getting bigger. as for all the other muscle groups I would work them out with heavier weight to catch up with your traps and chest.

Start focusing on the rest of your body more - and your chest less often. Dont’ stop working it out all together - just make sure that the main focus of your work outs from now on is about the rest of your muscles. Give them a chance to catch up. Some people just have easier spots to build muscle.
