Don’t worry you’ll get through this well that’s all I can tell you. You are supposed to be going through some of these systems when you’re pregnant just relax it will all soon be over before you know it.

Answer #2

This is what you have to endure when you’re pregnant. No one said that pregnancy is easy. Maybe get some pain meds prescribed to you by a pharmacist, and rub some lotion on your skin every day for the itching because your skin is stretching and it will make it feel itchy.

Answer #3

DON’T SELF MEDICATE! Everything you put into your body right down to the fruits and vegatables you eat will affect your child’s development and you have no idea how over the counter drugs (or worse yet, prescription drugs,) might affect a developing fetus.

Fatigue, back pain & “itchy all over” are all physical symptoms of pregnancy. Try warm baths, massage, stretching or light exercise, but nothing more strenuous than before your pregnancy. Eat lots of wholesome foods, preservatives and dyes can act like drugs on a developing fetus and affect physical or mental development. Use vitamin E oil, fish oil, baby oil, etc. to help comfort the skin stretching itches.

Acne, mood swings, panic attacks and feelings of hatred are all a result of the rapidly changing hormones in your body. Set down. Buckle in. And get comfortable because there’s more of this to come and not all bad. You’ll soon start feeling hornier than ever; you’ll get feelings of euphoria. A couple of weeks, or so, before the baby’s born you’ll start feeling the urge to make things ready. That’s the nesting impulse taking over – another hormone release. If you realize that these are normal happenings in pregnancy and know what to expect everything will get easier to deal with. You’ll need to remind yourself, frequently, that it’s the hormones and make a greater effort to rise above the impulses, but you’ll be fine. (Light exercise, like walking, will help with this too.)

Headache and nausea are physical and hormonal impacts. Watch what you eat. You can develop lifelong aversions to foods and smells when you’re in the throws or morning sickness. You don’t want to find yourself unable to eat your favorite foods the rest of your life.

Focus on the positive. Ignore the negative. A new life is a wonderful thing with so many wonderful experiences for parents and grandparents, aunts and uncles. It can be rough, but find a way to look on the positive side of this.
