12 1/2 Weeks Pregnant

Hello all, I am 12 and 1/2 weeks pregnant with my third baby but im having some problems I dont remember with my last two.

I have BAD pain so bad that I cant even move in my right side of abdomion. Also stabbing pain all across lower back.

Okay I went to OB about a week ago cause I was bleeding, and had the pain then. They said there was no sign of blood when they checked now I am having light spotting in underwear but not on my TP when I go potty.

What is wrong? If anything, Is the baby going to be okay? Is this normal
