Uh.. if you’re talking about tools on your web browser, it entirely depends on which browser you’re using. If you’re using Firefox, “tools” can be located on the top bar, between “Bookmarks” and “Help”. If you’re using Internet Explorer, “tools” is on the right hand side of the browser. It comes right after “Privacy” and “Safety”.
