Toning & flat stomach at what weight?
Okay, im currently losing weight, so far I’ve lost around 30 or so lbs (: Im happy about it, but I still think I need to lose about 20 more. Currently, im 5’2’’ and I weigh around 144. What should I weigh, do you think, to have a really flat stomach? Not, where my ribs stick out, but just a nice flat stomach, and when do you think I could start toning and seeing muscles in my stomach ?

I think you should stop losing weigth at probably 130 lbs, because that is the normal range, and you dont want to lose all of your curves, and about then you will start to see abs, but your going to have to do crunches and twists, good luck :)

At 5’ 2”, you are overweight over 128 lbs (the top end of the normal range for your height) unless you are muscular. Sorry to disappoint, but it’s true.
If you really want to look great at that height (assuming you do not weight train), you still need to lose about 34 more pounds.
