What is the tomb of the unknown Solder?

Answer #1

It’s a symbolic monument that many countries have to honor soldiers who died in wars but were never identified. The idea was implemented after the first world war, there were a lot of soldiers who died and couldnt be identified. Obviously this was before DNA testing, and now most soldiers in the west can be identified using DNA testing.
