Toasted Cucumber Sandwich?

I’ve been eating tonnes of toasted sandwiches right now, and im wondering if its possible to toast a cucumber (like, on the bread already)? will it shrivel up or explode? or will it be okay?

hehe, well I love toased cucumber sandwitches… sounds weird. but what I do it toast the bread. then butter it, then put like four peices of cucmber on it =)

Sorry, but I’ve never tried to toast a cucumber. (: Hahaha, you should try it. I bet it’d be okaaay.
