to much sleep

is there such thing as TOO much sleep it seems like on a daily basis I sleep to about 12 hours daily it really annoying because a lot of times im just to tired to leave the house or while im out I fal asleep

for your age you should get 8-9 hrs anything of makes you feel more tired. also try taking a power nap they really do work but only 3o min bc if you go any longer than that it also makes you feel more tired. I take a long time to fall asleep so I set my alarm for 45 min bc if not ill take a 4 hr nap… and after only 45 min I feel great

u do need good restful sleep ,if you tired during the day after 12 hours sleep ,try getting up earlier and exercising.are you eating fresh ,healthy food ? all those things count. you may need a check up ,see your doctor if the problem persists.

I’ve’e heard that if your over-sleep.. It makes you just as tired then if you don’t get that much!! For us teenagers I think its like 9 hours we should get!! =)
