Sleeping to much
Why do I sleep so much at night and still feel sleepy during the day.what can I do to prevent myself from sleeping during the day.
Well it can be a lot of things. But you’re probably bored. Force yourself not to go to sleep during the day…go running or do some light excercise to wake you up. Or find something to keep you busy during the day.
You may be low in iron, particularly if you don’t eat much red meat. This happened to me, I don’t like eating that stuff and I had no energy. I had a blood test and was told I needed to take iron tablets. If this isn’t the case then I agree that you should do some excersise during the day but not at night before you go to sleep cause you will be energised and awake from it.
There’s tons of reason’s why you could still be tired:
-You slept too much (over 8 hours) -You haven’t ate a proper meal for breakfast -You are drinking caffiene in the mornings (you crash hard after that) -You have low iron -Stress can make you tired -You could be lacking certain vitamins (take a daily vitamin) -Your bored and not being stimulated - keep busy
