sleeping too much...

can you be adicted(spell error)to sleeping like can people always want to get just enough sleep too much???

I dont really think you can be addicted to sleeping, but possibly getting used to it, and getting more lazy.

for me, to have a full nights sleep I need atleast 12 hours. if I sleep 7-8 hrs im completely dead in the morning, but if I sleep 4-5 hours(which I plan on doing tonight) im “better rested” and I feel better in the morning.

For some people it all depends on what kind of environment your living in or the people you live with and sleeping is the only way your able to get away from them other than walking around the block. I was that way when I was in foster care.

Funny I was in Foster Care to in NY, and I sleep alot, from my horrific child hood, even as an adult, I don’t know what to do, it is not normal, like old habit die hard, sleeping makes me feel safe and everything is okay, even now when I have problems I sleep…. thanks for sharing!

Good sleep leads to good and healthy life, it won’t be less and more. I am daily taking 7-8 hours sleep, it is the perfect sleep for getting healthy.
