Tips to keep off weight you have lost?

I have been so confused latley, I used to be really over weight I was 174 pounds. Untill I decided I was un healthy and needed to lose weight, and I did it and now I am 106 pounds and I am really glad. I feel great and look great, I am so worried of keeping it off is their any secrets or tips someone could give me to help me with keeping it off.

I think you should just keep doing what your doing obviously its working. I mean 174 to 106 thats awesome but I do recommend running if you havent already its really relaxing at least to me. -Also mix up the workouts (e.g. one day you do yoga, next do abs) -stick to a healthy diet with a day where you can splurge so you wont feel tempted the next 6 days -Do not turn to Eating Disorders to try and lose weight if you gain back because from experience its annoying you always have to think about whether your going to gain weight from eating this or eating that when actually you will gain from stress. -Drink lots of water, its a natural metabolizer

Keep on doing what you have been doing. Stay away from Junk food as most have hidden fat. Eat lots of raw fruit. It fills you up and you require less food. Congratulations for losing all that weight.
