10 pounds a week is VERY unhealthy. Not only are you more prone to stretchmarks, saggy skin, breast, etc, but you are putting your body and organs at risk when you lose weight that fast.

You need to get a HEALTHY diet.

try the banana diet.. you eat bananas only in the morning, then you can eat anything you want at noon and at night. and avoid drinking too much water. ^^

you could jog too if you want. :D

hope it helps… :)

starvation diets and 1200 calorie diets are no good, You shouldn’t be eating less then 1800 calories per day.

If your losing weight properly through a healthy diet and exercise, then you should be aiming for 1-2 lbs a week. If you really push your cardio routine you can do 3 maybe 4 lbs of healthy weight loss per week. Anything over 4 lbs is water and muscle weight, both of which you don’t want to lose. The more lean muscle you have the more calories you burn while sedentary. 10lbs of lean muscle will burn 3500 calories approx. a day just doing nothing. If you lost 10lbs in 1 week from a diet, then your body is most likely in a starvation mode and makes your body want to reserve the body fat, this is a natural survival technique that your body is designed to do(this is caused by not taking in enough calories per day). When your body goes into starvation mode it will burn your muscle as energy first. A proper diet is somewhat based on what your eating, but the focus should be more on how many times a day (5x a day spread out, will level out your metabolism) and how much your eating in 1 sitting. Your body actually burns calories when you eat. Eat lean meats, lots of green veggies, no carbs after about 6pm and drink lots of water instead of sugary & empty calorie drinks. If I need something sweet to drink, then I splurge on a propel fitness water(like 15-20 calories in 1 bottle) or a diet green tea or unsweetened tea. A lot of people take in 350 to 500-+ of empty calories from sugary drinks per day. I don’t recommend diet sodas since they have aspartame(lots of health issues associated with long term ingestion) and also soda drinks leech calcium from your bones, regardless of being regular or diet.
