Tips for a beginner runner

What training program should a beginner do. What changes of the diet need to be done?? Please help!!!

first of all start running after you walk a little mabye a mile then start runnung mabye a mile then walk then run and build yourself up

well 30 minutes of exerscise a day is whats recommended so if you can go for a 30 minute jog/run thats good buying one of those treadmills could help build up your endurance as for your diet obviously you wont see much results if its not healthy so try to cut out soda and diet drinks that contain sugar or glucose (sugar) stick to water and drinks like gaterade (but only if your exerscising) and cut out most junk food but treat yourself every now and then howevere if your planning to loose weight first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight
