I'm a girl pitcher in Softball, and I pitch often. Tips?

I’m a girl pitcher in Softball, and I pitch often. Tips? I’m decent, in my first inning this week I struck out all but one girl and another who I got out at first. When she walked, it was full count, 3 balls and 2 strikes. Can you give me a few tips? I do the windmill motion.

If you try to hit your leg with your glove at the same time every time you pitch, it will make your t iming better. You can actaully throw strike after strike if you get your glove to hit your leg at the same time you release the ball. I learned this in a pitching lesson. It really works!
