The lemonade diet

Has anyone tried it? I just started it today with another girl and was wondering if anyone had luck with it.

YES I HAVE TRIED IT FOR TEN DAYS AND LOST CLOSE TO 20 POUNDS..IT WAS VERY MISERABLE.. I HAVE HAD SICK DAYS AND THEN I HAVE ENERGETIC DAYS..I WANTED TO EAT SO DAM BAD..IT WAS TIRING DRINKING THAT LEMONADE STUFF EVERYDAY THEN DOING THAT SALT WATER FLUSH IN THE MORNING MADE ME WANT TO VOMIT..AS CRAZY AS IT WAS FOR ME I’M GOING TO DO IT AGAIN STARTING TOMORROW.. TO GET ALL THE TOXIC OUT AND LOSE A COUPLE OF POUNDS.LOL

it’s not a diet, it’s a cleanse… my friend matt lost about 15 pounds on it, but it all comes back, it’s not to lose weight, it’s to clean your digestive system. Also called the Master cleanse.

Nope, no good. Anything that stops any of the main dietry requirments is good for your health AND your waistline. Tests show that if you cut out a major segment of you diet like carbs, veg or especially as your doing ALL YOUR FOOD INTAKE. You actually put on more weight. Honestly, it’s bad for health and you don’t loose weight anyway.

If your drinking pure lemon juice then sure, otherwise you may as well drink koolaid as it has the same amount of sugar as lemonade.
