The Lemonade Diet ?

Ok so I came across this cleansing diet I guess it cleans and purifies your kidneys and Digestive system which I believe is great to do every ounce in a while. Has anyone tried it before? or herd about it? Thanx

Ingredients: • 2 Tbsp organic grade B maple syrup

                   •  2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
                   •  1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
                   •  10 oz purified warm or room temperature water

hmm I’ve heard of sumthing like that..it included some weird things..but im not sure what it all was..but I can find out..just funmail me..I know this didnt help much..but yea..I’ll see if I can find out if your intrested..but it probably will and one thing I can remember is something that helps is in the mornings before you eat anything drink a glass of water in the morning when you wake up and a glass of water before every meal with a squeezed peice of lemon (no sugar or other things)…it tastes nasty at first but after like the 4th time its okay and it gets better.

The lemonade diet just provides sugar to your body. It’s not so great for you. If you really want to cleanse your body, go for a full body massage at a massage parlor, and then drink 5-6 bottles of water for 24 hours after. The more water, the better. It helps to flush your system, and allows you to eat. You can have something healthy. Fruits and veggies are best, but a granola bar or two is good too. Good luck.
