I have been on the jello diet for about a month now, and I am down 24.4 pounds… obviously works for me, only thing is… all I eat it one to two jello cups a day, sugar free and only 5 calories a little cup. You can buy the off brand of jello for under 3 bucks at walmart in the yogurt/jello section. It really does work, just check and make sure it is low calorie, no carbs, no sugar. carbs turn into sugar, soboth are bad. no wonder dr. atkins dies of a heart attack… he shouldn’t have ate all that meat! lol
It’s supposed to be all the sugar-free jello you could want.
It would be horrible for you. Jello is made from collagen extracted from animal bones, animal skin and hides. Add water, and enjoy with the fake sugar (chemicals).
Not to mention..fad diets are just that – fads. They don’t work. Change your habits to eat lean proteins, complex carbs (whole grains) and fruits and veggies, limit your sugar and soda, and exercise. You’ll lose weight and not eat animal bone entirely.
