The Holy Books and Existence of God

When people say that they do not believe in God then who could have created these holy books long ago?Definitely not a human. For example take the Muslims holy book ‘Koran’.It’s language and style is such that Long ago Arab poets failed to imitate a single verse. So it surely wasn’t a book written by a human.Take the other books for instance. No one can create those stories and style and language. The prophets are another proof. So why do still some people don’t believe in God???

Answer #1

* When people say that they do not believe in God then who could have created these holy books long ago?

Why do so many people think it’s plausible that thousands of years ago, the world really had magic in it, and now it doesn’t? Obviously, humans wrote those books - superstitious humans who didn’t even realize the earth orbited the sun.

Answer #2

“Why ahould I be talking to Atheists.” Because they have their own rights to believe what they want to believe. If someone doesn’t believe in God, that is perfectly fine and you shouldn’t question that.

Don’t try and pretend that you know everything about the bible and God either, because it is visible that you lack a vast understanding about those things.

Answer #3

Neither Muslims, nor Christians or Jews believe their holy books were written directly by their god - all three religions acknowledge the human authors of the individual books. Many of the books in the bible are named after their authors!

Answer #4

Take the other books for instance. No one can create those stories and style and language.

WHAT other books? Try to be less vague. Is English your second language?

For example take the Muslims holy book ‘Koran’.It’s language and style is such that Long ago Arab poets failed to imitate a single verse. So it surely wasn’t a book written by a human.

Funny… according to Muslim origins, the book WAS written by humans. Transcribed by Muhammad’s companions while he was alive.

The prophets are another proof.

You don’t know the meaning of the word ‘proof’

Answer #5

You just can’t take it anymore isn’t it!

Answer #6

“God just guide these people!” more proof that you dont respect anyone elses beleifs but your own without respect you will get none in returne

Answer #7

Because there is no proof maybe? “then who could have created these holy books long ago?Definitely not a human.” Uuum, humans did create them. “No one can create those stories and style and language.” Yes, anyone with enough fantasy/imagination can. Besides, they stole some things from other religions. Or so I’ve heard, at least. “The prophets are another proof.” No, they are not? Anyone could claim to be “speaking with god”. “So why do still some people don’t believe in God?” Because it’s ridiculous? You can’t prove that that bible is “the truth”, you can’t prove that those prophets were real(or maybe you can), and you can’t prove that god exists.

Answer #8

well you could have said that in your initial question because people who dont beleive in god are more likley to answer when you say “So why do still some people don’t believe in God???” all a christian would say is something like “oh because they havent found god yet, they want to go to hell, ect, ect” hardly an educated answer if you ask me

Answer #9

you didnt, and I never said you did either but saying “So why do still some people don’t believe in God???” after talking about all your “proof” pretty much tells me that you think everyone should beleive in him

Answer #10

why? because we have every right too no one in this world is all going to beleive in the same thing I dont beleive in any “god” and im proud to be an athiest why do other people also not beelive in any “god” because there is a lack of real proof and no matter what “proof” you or anyone else comes up with if people dont beleive in god, they simply dont care because they dont beleive in it and yes, man wrote them man has been around for thousands of years, longer than your probably think and back then people didnt beleive in the christian “god” they worshpipped other things like sun gods, ect christianity is a relatively new religion compared to some others that have been around for much longer also the books we have today are nothing like the books there was centuries ago in fact, what your talking about isnt really a book at all if you claim it was written so long ago but apart from all this, people who dont beleive in it dont care plain and simple so theres no use trying to convince them unless you want them saying how much your religion is wrong if you want respect for what you beleive in you need to respect other peoples beleifs

Answer #11

Why should I be talking to atheists.

Who said I was Atheist?

Answer #12

Why should I be talking to atheists.

Answer #13

…you’re STILL not making any sense… o_O

Answer #14

It’s obvious from reading such books that whatever guidance their authors had, it wasn’t divine.

Answer #15

Man has the choice to reject - in some, their hearts have ‘waxed cold’…Take care !!

Answer #16

I just wanted opinions from those who do believe in him.Obviously those who don’t would argue!

Answer #17

God just guide these people!

Answer #18

So when did I tell you to stop believing in God?Huhhh…!

Answer #19

So when did I tell you to start believing in God?Huhhh…!

Answer #20

Your assumption that humans couldn’t write these books is flawed. What do you mean by “”arab poets couldn’t imitate a single verse””. That makes no sense. The fact is that these stories were thought up by man. Much like the greek and roman myths. This is not proof of God because what your saying makes no sense. Besides wich book is right. Bible, koran, ect…

Answer #21

“”You just can’t take it anymore isn’t it!”” “”Why should I be talking to atheists.””
