What type of weight can I lose in a month…my mom is on weight watchers so she makes unfatting food sometimes and she cooks meat everyday for dinner and like other things. I love junk food but I try to stay away from it.I love carrots but there not my idol. I love running and jumping over objects. And I do horseback riding …I am 13 and 115lb’s and my butt is 37 inch. And my stomch isnt that great eaither its 34 inch. Can you please in full detail tell me what I should do in about 1 month what I should eat and exercise..the prper way…I hadnnt had a stomch virus in 9 months and I missed my period for 2 months.. Is this like normal…please answer all questions in full detail.. =)thanks
