can you get the text message history from metro even if they have been deleted off your phone?

When i had a run in with the law they pulled up months worth of text messages on my phone history even though it had all been deleted from my phone. It’s not an easy process and I have absolutely no idea if the average person can do this but the police certainly can ha.

The police/FBI can pull texts from years ago. They will have every text message ever sent from anybody anywhere in some kind of computer thingy lol. They use it when in criminal investigations etc but I don’t think they will just find a random text for you for no apparent reason.

I got in trouble with my school and they got this police officer to talk to me and he was yelling at me thinking i was scared but i wasn’t .! so because i wasn’t scared he thought i was purposely trying to hide stuff from him, he called my parents and they talked then he asked for my phone i gave it to him and he pulled up EVERYTHING ,! I think its a code or something that only enforcement can use: I got in trouble with school but not my parents.
