How can I retrieve deleted text messages on my phone for free?

When i deleted the conversation i was using a Nokia c3 and now im using the Blackberry curve. Please help

You can’t retrieve those messages even if you pay. The messages are gone.

I was going to say the same as lalan.

I make a backup every week with Nokia Ovi Suite in case the worst happens.
