How do I get deleted texts back on my phone?

I have a t-mobile account, I deleted information from a text that I need. How can I retrieve deleted text messages?

I don’t know of any way that you can, I’m on T-Mobile as well. You could always ring them and ask them, I know you can get withheld number from them if you ring them so it may work for texts as well. Always worth a try.

save them to your dafts than you’ll have them all the time :) or save them as notes.
