swollen occipital lymph

I do have a swollen occipital lymph node on the back left hand side of my head, it has been like that for many years.size hasn’t changed(not that I can notice!)and it is painless. what this could be many thanks

I’m not sure what it is but you might want to get it checked just to make sure it isn’t harming you in any way.
