  Aww you tore it! Just clean it with some peroxide, keep Vaseline on it and dont sleep on that ear. What kind of plugs you got in? Dont keep wood, bone or stone in just keep to soft silicone tunnels or plastic. Keep it clean and dry and itll be fine. Next time stretch those lobes ib the shower.
