Swollen knee

Yesterday I was horseback riding and I fell off pretty bad and landed on my knee. I couldnt ride after that. So I have been covering up my limping leg from my mom because I dont want her to know, she wouldnt let me ride for a long time if she found out. Thats why I dont tell her. But my knee hurts so bad, I cant maneuver very easily. But I cover it up by walking slow and not picking up my feet because I cant bend my knee. Although with loads of pain I try to bend it. You can easily tell by looking at both my knees which one is swollen. I was going to see if it would go away but I kind of think it is getting worse. Espesually with all the walking im doing also.

Is it cad enough to tell my mom and see a doctor?

Answer #1

If you cant walk properly then yes it is…

just thought I’d point out, when I was around 8/9 I broke my arm, refused to go into the doctors for 3 days… point is you never know how bad it is until you go in…

Answer #2

it sounds like you need to go into the doctor. the same thing happened to my boyfriend when he was snowboarding. he had to go to the doctor and have his knee drained.
