What could this burning feeling behind my knee be?

It happens at completey random times, sometimes over and over again and sometimes just once every hour or so. But for like 1 second, I feel a really hot/warm feeling behind my knee. There are no burn marks, it isn’t swollen or red, I didn’t injure it at all. It started happening on Friday while I was walking. It doesn’t hurt, it’s just really shocking. What could it be?

I’m not sure how old you are, but it could be a growing pain. I play soccer and sometimes it gets like that because I’m building muscle, but sometimes your legs could be growing too as in your bones. I wouldn’t be too worried. in a month or so if it still does that then you could go to the doc. good luck!
