Sweep picking

I’ve been trying to learn how to sweep pick for like 2 years now and im no where close to being decent at it

Im sick of going somewhere and hearing some punk *ss sweeping like he’s god but has no music theory and/or cant even play guitar. Just can do one little sweep and thats it

But anyways. My problem is my fretting hand is not fast…at all!!! How can I make my fingers get faster??

practice lol it is hard but you have to practice I can barely do it really slow but im kinda getting better by practicing

but to make your hand faster you could try a video game to make your reflexes faster or something of that nature

srry I probly wasnt much help
