How do you sweep pick?

I’ve been playing guitar for 3 years now, and recently I’ve been attempting harder stuff, none of it’s started to be an annoyance, until I got to sweep picking. It’s really tough, any pointers?

you need a good exercise. “eye of the storm” by Bullet for my Valentine has some great sweeps to practice. never choose fast over good. practice your Good and slowly make it faster until youre like All Shall Perish in “Eradication” :D

Kudos to you when you learn this. Made me pull my hair out back when I played guitar, I could like, half do it, but that was all.
