Will doing these crunches help me lose weight?
Kaii, so I weigh 112 or 110 pounds and I was wondering, if I don’t eat a lot and I do 114 crunches every night and I have 5 months to do it, will I be able to have abs or be skinnier? By the summer?

okay well im fat and I’ve lost a lot weight through the years.
k well you dont want to starve yourself, cause that wouldnt be to good. and crunches may just work on the abbs. (NOT THAT THATS A BAD THING, EVERY GIRL WANTS SEXY ABBS)
I would maybe go on long runs, joggs, walks, power walks, every once in a while. I also think the weight your at is not fat although some girls appear skinny on the scale but when they look in the mirror they see extra fat in places where its not welcomed.
also if you play sports your burning carbs so dont be at worry.
you dont want to look to skinny so eating a good amount of meat and vegtables (protein) will keep the body in a likeable SLIM form.
also if your looking for guys to notice your body you might want to try push ups they help flatter the butt and make it less un-appealing. men have many interests in a womans body they like slim figures, and also girls that dont call theirselves fat.
its also important to stretch before and AFTER working out.
its okay every konw and then to eat food that may not be the healthiest cause all the protein in your body builds up (if you eat a lot of protein!) and breaks down the carbs.
I also know that when all this pays off do not stop working out you want to STAY slim and not just get overwelmed and happy and let yourself go.

um, I would try doing something a little less harsh. Try like, 50 sit ups and stick to just meals. Or do a hole bunch of crunches and stuff and eat as much as you want. You’ll need the nutrients to look healthy, ohterwise it won’t look like a good 6 pac it’ll be all gross.
actually if you eat less then your body holds on to the food you do eat and it causes you to gain weight! you should eat three meals a day, but make them healthy… usually eating small helpings all throughout the day helps you a lot! just be safe…
cardio exercises is the only way t olose fat. doing crunchs will tone your abs but you have t oget rid of the fat, and the only way is cardio. good luck
oh yea. your going to be WAY better looking. but its going to be hard to keep that up.
Crunches will build muscle and not eating will cause you to lose weight, but you should probably try jogging or something to lose weight instead.
Depending on the person, sometimes if you fast (not eat), then when you do start eating again, your body holds onto the weight thinking that soon you will not be eating again.
Also, try keeping the temperature of your house quite cold because then you burn more calories trying to keep warm.
And if you feel the need to snack on chocolate or something, do it in the morning rather than at night, that way you have all day to work it out
BTW- you sound quite skinny already so I wouldn’t worry about it too much :)
Are you sure
you wont lose weight cause of doing crunches, but you will tone up.
