How do you stop new shoes from rubbing the back of your foot?

Answer #1

Oh,My friend, You can put soft cotton at back of shoe, Or you can put Tissue at back of shoes. Then you will don’t feel rubbing.

Answer #2

Shoe stores sell a product called heel grippers that are suede or foam rubber pads to put inside the back of your shoe. These can help if you have trouble finding shoes that fit due to a narrow heel.

Answer #3

This is going to sound odd, but stick a pantyliner in the heel of the shoe. It’s slim enough, so it won’t affect the shoe’s size, and it cushions your heel until the shoes are broken in.

I use plasters and silk stockings, both help with that.
