Answer #1

I think the first thing you need to do is identify why you are cutting in the first place

Answer #2

I agree with finding what it is that is making you feel you need to cut, also maybe share your pain with a closely trusted friend as just knowing that that support is there might be enough to help you, perhaps talking to a GP Doctor might help, as it’d be confidential professional help you’d be getting.

Answer #3

i think you should tell your family your close friends people who can help you get over it, to help you over come it, cause things like that you cant get over by yourself you know, so i feel that would be the first step… its not gonna be easy cause i feel like there not fully gonna understand why your doing it but they care for you and love you so they will help and i feel like going to therapy can help to

Answer #4

well they know I have cut before, but they don’t know I am still cutting. And I know the outcome if I do tell hem I am cutting again. I will be forced back into a hospital. So I don’t know what to do honestly. and I already have identified the reason why I cut. and I cant change or really get over it.

Answer #5

You got to find another way to let the pain and anger out. How about kickboxing?

Answer #6
