Is there a way I can make my stomach stop growling?

Answer #1

Your stomach growling is a hunger cue and means that you have waited too long inbetween meals or snacks. You should have 3 meals a day and 2 light snacks in between for a balanced diet. Its also important to eat before you reach the point of your stomach growling since that can cause you to over eat or make poor food choices. Eat something dear.

Answer #2

Sometimes a stomach will rumble even after you’ve eaten. As food is broken down in the stomach, it moves around air and gasses which are there, too. So yes, you must put food in your stomach. That does help, but cutting down on gassy foods helps, too.

If it’s loud and frequent enough to be an embarrassment, try more frequent “mini” meals rather than three big meals.

Answer #3

Yes: eat.

Answer #4

Uh huh, all you have to do is eat.

Answer #5

When I asked this question I didn’t have anything to eat at the moment so I didn’t know if there was something I could do other than eat haha
