Starving yourself is not the answer. By eating healthy & exercising, you can easily lose one pound every day. That’s 30 pounds a month, and if you started today, eating healthy & exercising, you could easily lose 60 pounds by October.

Starving yourself will have very negative reprecussions for your health as well as make you feel worse, and then potentially cause you to gain weight, and also to lose muscle mass, which will result in your feeling tired & lethargic, and make it harder for you to concentrate. Do the right thing & try to lose weight the healthy way, it’s really the only proven way to lose weight & not feel terrible while you do it.

I do not recommend that you go without food and or water for any period of time. Doing so will most likely cause irreversible damage to your organs/body. Talk with a nutritionist so you can get started on a healthy and solid diet/exercise plan. Losing a great deal of your overall body weight very rapidly is not healthy for you and in doing so will probably result in a stay at your local hospital. Stay safe and take care. :-) -S
