Spots on siding

On the north side of house. My guess is some type of mold evenly spaced up and down and side to side. How do I get rid for good? Don’t want to cause more problems.

THere was mold growing all over the side of my parents house on the siding and I think it was because it was always shady over there and never got any sun, I would just use the pressure washer and broom, but like Ichi said that stuff should work. or atleast have something for it at those places

There’s a product called Jo-Max that’s made for removing mold from siding.

Check at your Home Depot or Home Hardware, it should be available there.
