Sore throat, how to make it better?

So I’ve got a sore throat Any ways to help it get better without having to take very unpleasant medicine?

Answer #1

Cough preparations are not hugely effective. For minor coughs, water and fruit juices probably help the most - Gargling with salt water can help relieve a sore throat.

Take care !!

Answer #2

If your sore throat is from post-nasal drip try salt water sinus irrigation. You can use a Neti pot, a bulb syringe, or special syringes sold for this purpose. Otherwise gargle with salt water.

If it doesn’t clear up in a few days go to your doctor.
