How to stop my sore throat?
Ugh so I’m sick!!! and well I got my tonsils out like 3 years ago or something and well my throat is f-in killin me!!! I have a stuffy nose and a headache and ugh I just want to know how to make the sore throat stop!!! PLEASE HELP!!! thanks
Have someone get you some msm at gnc take 5 a day till your better of 1500 mg, Gargle with warm warm salt water it will help the ache. Take 50 mg of Zinc till better it boots your immune and gets rid of virus etc quicker.
osea or hot tea and tyneol for pain also a tbs of honey and ginger maybe also a lot of rest try to drink water also so you have fluids in your system goodluck and yes sore throats are really a pain they hurt a lot and hedaches peace pooka
Try a tablespoon of Honey.
Chloroseptic! trust me it numbs your throat. im having the same issue right now and that is working wonders!
