Answer #4

Well I think to me your going through a little phase,I went through the weight phase myself it wore off 2 weeks later. You are being paranoid, and to be honest Jess, you should try and stop loosing weight cause it may just get dangerous.

Answer #5

you shouldnt loose anymore weight or else youll be unhealthy. so many girls would kkill to be your weight though including me. its probably a lot to do with you being a vegetarian. add some more fat to your diet! eat some white rice and vegetarian spring rolls! their delicious!

Answer #6

If you really want to stop losing weight, don’t eat low fat/low cal stuff. Eat full fat (regular) salad dressings, no diet soda (I know soda isn’t healthy anyway, but if you drink diet soda and are worried about losing more weight, switch to regular soda)… add CHEESE to foods like sandwiches, eggs, certain soups. Drink WHOLE MILK, not 2% or skim. Eat CREAMY foods like broccoli and cheese soup or potato instead of something like chicken noodle or minestrone.
