Ok so im 13 I want to know if I can take sleeping pills? If so are their any side effects?

You’d probably have to ask your doctor first. I think you can be groggy when you wake up, and if you’ve never taken them before they can probably slow you down with things you do the next day

yes, if you cant sleep you can take them but they all come with side affects, some of which can be potentially dangerouse, even fatal if you take them wrong, mix them, ect you must talk to your doctor first, and get some prescribed for you dont take anyone elses sleeping pills as there designed for that person and youll put your health at risk if you take theres so talk to your doctor and he/she should prescribe you some after asking a few questions

yes you can take sleeping pills but at your age usually a psychiatrist would prescribe them for you.
