How can I lose weight in a month?

help me be skinny does anyone have any idea how I can loose 15kg in 1 month? help please

Cut your calories intake by 80%. Eat multivitamins supplements every day. Hit the treadmills 90mins in the morning, and 90mins in the afternoon at least 75% of your maximum heart rate. No CHEATING. If you can do it, I am pretty sure you can achieve your goal. Good luck.

Please ignore the response above mine. Do that and you’d end up in the hospital by the time you’re twenty-five. Tuna is contaminated with mercury; you could eat two servings only per week max. I don’t know why it matters if tuna has lots of iron, but tuna does have calories. As for smoking… yeah. It increases your risk of getting heart diseases even more than being overweight is. Your focus should be to become HEALTHY, not to become skinny. Don’t rob Peter to pay Paul!

If you want to lose weight, you should eat a balanced diet. Get enough carbohydrates, protein, and other nutrients by eating a variety of foods - especially fruits and vegetables. You may want to avoid fat TEMPORARILY, but If you restrict your diet to only celery and tuna you will starve, suffer, and possibly end up binge-eating - which leads to weight gain. And finally, you should exercise. Walk/jog for 30 minutes a day and increase the intensity and distance once your body gets used to exercising

You can lose 15 kg in a month only if you’re currently sedentary and have a really bad eating habit. Otherwise, take it slow.

ignore heathurr…I think he is giving a bad advice…smoking 1 cigerate means deducting 5 mins of your life…dont u know that???smoking is not healthy,and you could die faster…and you will have lung cancer and heart cancer and more…so…like we all say…exercise more…eat healthy food…stop snacking…drink lots of water…

What? thats 15 Kg in a month! Usually people lose 1kg eating healthy and execising in 1 MONTH!Losing all that weight in one hit could be deadly! and is such a dangerous idea!! You have to lose the weight gradually and start up a daily routine of exercising and eating healthier this will help you keep the weight off which is the hardest part! So maybe you should go to a dietician or the doctors so they can put you on a suitable plan to help you lose the weight safely!

eat celery and tuna :) you burn more caleries eating celery then there is in it. and also tuna has no caleries and it has lots of iron.. excersize regularly and tryy to sayy away from fatty foods. also.. if you smoke… DONT STOP!! you will pick up worse habits and smoking helps loose weight to be honest.. i have smoked sinse i was 13.

Very true. I need to lose (ugh) about 20 pounds myself (roughly 8 or 9 kg, I think) and I was on our new exercise machine last night for about 17 minutes, which burned 200 calories. That rate won’t make you lose 15kg per month, however, any time you begin an exercise program it’s best to start slow & work your way to longer periods of time for each work out.

Last year I lost 35 pound in a month and a half. It is possible, but you have to have the time to do it. The only reason I lost that much is because I had volleyball conditioning for about 4 hours a day. So if you can work out then you should. I am not saying that you should work out for 4 hours, but you should go to the gym, or excersize for 30 mins - a hour every day. Lifting weights is one of the best things to do because it burns so many calories. Yes you will gain some weight back but you will gain it back in muscle, and your body will be more toned. Just do not starve yourself, and do not eat only tuna and celery it is not good for your body because you are missing valuable and necessary nutrients. Just go on a healthy diets, and start doing portion control. Don’t eat helpings that are bigger than your fist. Cut that steak in half. Just make better decisions about what you eat and excersize daily.
