I have flem in my throat and when I try to cough my heart feels compresed im thinking about getting musinex I already drank honey and lemon tea is dosent work please help

You need to go to the doctor. I am a paramedic. if nothing at home works then you need to seek medical help because it could be a respiratory infection or you may have a sinus infection that led its way down into your lungs. The only way to get rid of it is by antibiotics if it is an infection.
